At the time we were still in the red so Amy gave some options. We weren't ready to short sell at the time so we decided to wait it out. In June/July of 2017, she called us to say that our home was finally in the black and that she would be happy to help if we still intended to sell. Wow, she kept our info for over a year and kept track of the home's value. How awesome is that!!?? We live about 5000 miles from California on a small island in the Pacific so we didn't know how this whole thing would go. Amy did EVERYTHING. From the painters to the cleanup to the carpeting to finding buyers she handled it ALL and finished it up in record time. She made the entire sale VERY EASY. I would recommend Amy Beckum to anyone either selling or buying a home in Southern California. She is the very best.

I first contacted her in 2022 and then basically “ghosted” her because I got scared and discouraged from the housing market. Two yrs later, I still had our text thread and reached out to her not expecting a response at all. After two years, Amy happily responded within a few minutes (as always unless she with a client) and it took off from there. Not only was she my agent, she was also my Psychologist through this whole process lol. She was willing to be patient to put me in the best home possible. Me being happy was her main objective. I didn’t even expect much, but Amy got me into a gorgeous brand new house. She encouraged me to push past my fears and to broaden some of my expectations. I ended up moving into a city I initially didn’t want to live in, but with Amy’s expertise and support and helping me to open up to new possibilities, I went with it & I couldn’t be any happier and I love where I live!!! She even came and brought me a house warming present a few months after I closed and her gift was specialized just for me. Amy made me feel like I was her only client and like I was family. Even after I closed, I had a million new home owner questions that she happily helped me with and still makes herself available for anything I need to this day! I had already moved into my new house before escrow closed and would have to vacate unless my house was sold and closed in 30 days. Amy stepped up and put on her game face and had my house sold and closed escrow in 9 days allowing me to stay. This girl has talent and truly cares about her clients.
